Places I've Worked

DealerFire & Dealersocket

2012 - Present

I was employee number forty-something at DealerFire, a website design and digital marketing agency serving the automotive industry.  Serving as a Key Account Manager, I oversaw the company's relationship with some of the largest automotive groups in the country.  I was also responsible for business development and sold over $1 million in annual recurring revenue.

DealerFire was acquired by DealerSocket in early 2015.

DealerSocket is one of the leading software providers in the automotive industry.  Over one-third of all vehicle transactions that take place in the United States pass through at least one DealerSocket technology product.  I work as a Senior Product Manager building website applications, most notably our groundbreaking online retailing solution, Precise Price (more info on that here).

Reallygood Development, llc

2008 - Present

ReallyGood is the umbrella LLC I have used for various entrepreneurial ventures, including SNEAKHYPE (detailed here), SURFBANG (another digital publication that I sold in 2015), and consulting work.

Briggs Automotive Group

2010 - 2012

Soon after graduating from the University of Kansas, I was hired as the Marketing Director for an eleven-store dealership group in northeast Kansas.  During my time there, the store had record-breaking sales in 2011, largely due to a viral marketing campaign that captured the attention of national news sources, including The Weather Channel.

Miller Meiers

2010

I worked as a Graphic Designer and Web Developer at a small marketing agency that primarily served financial services clients, including banks, accounting firms, and H&R Block.

University of Kansas

2008 - 2010

I was a Teaching Assistant for two classes: Business Statistics (4 semesters) and Supply Chain Management (1 semester).  I lectured twice each week.
